Terms and Conditions of The Fruitcake Factory
A discount is applicable to students with a current N.U.S card.
All materials for the course will be supplied by Fruitcake.
All tools and equipment for the course will be supplied by Fruitcake.
Fruitcake will confirm your booking by email/phone and contact you with class details.
We like to photograph your work for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish us to do so.
Fruitcake will supply hot and cold refreshments throughout the day and a light lunch. ( please advise of dietry requirements, veggie etc)
Cancellations
Should you fail to attend a course NO REFUND is available.
Fruitcake will endeavour to deliver your course as described at the said time and date. However, if Fruitcake have to cancel the course, You will be offered or an alternative course date.

As far as we are aware, The Fruitcake Factory uses original materials such as theory sheets and design sheets. As we teach, it is our wish that you use these to share and enjoy with friends. However, should you knowingly use these for financial gain. Fruitcake will endeavour to seek financial recompense.
